What is it?
You can configure your application and/or renewal forms to add or increment dates in expiration type attributes. This expiration date logic can be added to any Radio, Selection Set, or Check Box field on a form.
How to Access
Navigate to Forms > Create form to begin a new application or renewal type form, or Forms > Form List to edit an existing form.
Adding an Expiration Date to an Application or Renewal Form
Start by selecting the field you would like to tie the expiration date to. Note: Expiration dates may only be tied to check box, selection set, or radio button type fields that are marked as required.
With the field selected, click on 'Edit expiration date settings' in the Properties box.
Next, click on the first green Add plus sign.
Make sure the correct Expiration Date attribute is selected (as you may have more than one), then click Next Page.
Enter the number of years. This will typically be 1, or 2, depending on the type of expiration date you have. Click Next Page.
Repeat these steps for each selection until no green Add plus signs display. Click Close.
