How to access
An E-List page can be accessed by navigating to the My Profile page and hovering over the My Features tab to select E-Lists. The tab will show all E-Lists that the user is subscribed to as well as E-Lists that are available for the user to join.

The E-Lists Tab displays all E-Lists that a member belongs to, including those that the member has the ability to join. This tab will display the E-List name, address, email delivery option, and delivery address to the user. Users can also edit their subscription options or remove themselves from the E-List completely.
Name. Clicking on the name of an E-List will bring you to that E-List's page.
E-List Address. The email address used by the E-List.
Email Delivery. The status of email delivery. Clicking the Edit button will allow you to turn email delivery on or off.
Delivery Address. The email address that E-List messages will be sent to for this particular user.
Edit. The Edit link will open a modal window and allow you to edit email delivery options and the delivery email address.
Unsubscribe. This link will unsubscribe the user from the E-List.
Description
Each E-List created in your solution will have it's own E-List page that will display E-List messages and members. This area will be used by E-List members to post and reply to messages via the web interface. E-List moderators can also control the approval process of messages through this page.
Messages
The E-List Messages tab will display all messages sent to the E-List. This area will also allow you to send new emails to the E-List from this page.

Post a New Message. This button will open a modal window and allow you to compose a message to the E-List. Enter a subject and message and optionally attach a file, then click Post Message.
Subject. This displays the subject of your message. Clicking on it will display the message and any related comments.
Messages. This column will show you how many messages and replies have been sent to the E-List with this subject.
Author. The author displays the Contact Name field of the user who created the message. Clicking on the author's name will bring you to his profile.
Date/Time. The date/time field provides a time and date stamp when the original message was sent.
*Message is pending approval. A single red star * will be show next to messages that are pending approval. You will only see this if you have chosen to moderate your E-List on the E-List setup page.
*Message and/or replies are pending approval. A double red star * will be show next to messages and/or replies to those messages that are pending approval. You will only see this if you have chosen to moderate your E-List on the E-List setup page.
Members
The E-List Members tab will display all members that currently belong to the committee.

Add Members. This button will add a new user to an E-List. Clicking it will bring up a modal window that will allow you to search for any user in your database. After selecting one or more members to add to the E-List, click the Continue button and set Email delivery options or the new member of the E-List.
Contact Name. The name field displays the Contact Name field of each E-List user. Clicking the name will bring you to the user's profile.
E-List Email Address. This will display the delivery email address for an E-List user. Clicking it will bring up your computer's default email client.
Join Date. This date/time field provides a time and date stamp when the member originally joined the E-List.
Remove. This link will remove the user from the E-List.
