How to access
Users can access a Committee page by accessing the My Profile page and under My Features, click the View Committees tab. The tab will show all committees that the user belongs to. Clicking on the name of the committee will bring the user to the committee page.

The View Committees Tab displays all committees that a member belongs to. This tab will display the committee name, type, status of email notifications, notification address and the ability to edit notification settings.
Committee Name. Clicking on the linked Committee name field will bring you to that committee's page.
Edit Notifications. The Edit Notifications link will open a modal window and allow you to edit the notification options for a user. You will have the option to specify that an email notification will be sent to you upon the submission of a New Message, New Comment, or New File Upload by checking the appropriate options and entering an email address where you would like to be notified.
Each committee created in your solution will have its own committee page that will show committee messages, members and files. This will be the single entry point for all committee members to access the committee.
The Committee Messages tab will display all messages shared with the committee.
Add Message. This button will open a modal window and allow you to compose a message to your committee. Enter a subject and message, then click Add Message.
Delete. Click the Delete link next to a message to delete the message from the committee. .
Title. The title will display the subject of your message. Clicking on it will display the message and any related comments.
Author. The author displays the Contact Name field of the user who created the message. Clicking on the author's name will bring you to his profile.
Date/Time. The date/time field provides a time and date stamp when the original message was sent.
The Committee Members tab will display all members that currently belong to the committee.
Add Members. This button will add a new user to a committee. Clicking it will bring up a modal window that will allow you to search for any user in your database After selecting one or more members to add to the committee, click the Continue button and assign the new members a Position in the committee.
Edit. This button will allow you to edit a user's existing committee position. Clicking it will bring up a modal window that will ask you to edit the position type. Clicking the Save button will save changes made to the user's position.
Remove. This button will remove the user from the committee.
Name. The name field displays the Contact Name field of each committee user and whether or not they are an admin of the committee.
Position. The position field shows the position that the member holds on the committee.
The Committee Files tab will display all files that have been submitted to the committee. Committee members also have the ability to upload new files to share with other committee members.
Add File. This button will add new files to the Files tab. Clicking it will bring up a modal window that asks you to describe and browse for a file on your computer for upload to the committee file area.
Delete. This button will delete a file from the Files tab.
Description. The description field is an easy way to add additional description information that may not be apparent in the file name.
File Name. The name of the file that was uploaded to the Files tab.
Date/Time. The date and time stamp when the original file was uploaded.
