Once users have applied to programs and reported credits, administrators can begin to use the Continuing Education portion of the Advanced Search. This feature allows administrators to search for users by program, program status, credit, credit status etc.
Begin to use the advanced search to find users that have credits in Pending status. In the Advanced Search, expand the Continuing Education section and Add Criteria. From the drop down lists search for users whose Credit Status is Pending. View the profile of one of the returned users and navigate to the Continuing Education tab. Once viewing Continuing Education click the Credits link and on the following page you will be able to approve or deny reported credits.
If a user has enough approved credits in a program's track(s), the users program status can be changed to Certified by editing the Program Status within the Programs page. If the program is set to automatically approve user when all track requirements are met, this will happen automatically.
