What is it?
The registrant group field can be added to a event registration form so that more than one person may be registered for the event.
How to Access
Navigate to Forms > Form List
Click Edit next to an event registration form.
Using the Registrant Group Field
Select the Fields menu on the right hand side of the form and drag and drop a Registrant Group field onto the form.
Once the field has been added to the form, click on the field label to open the field properties. Fill out the necessary fields within the field properties, such as label and export name.
Scroll down and fill in text under Registrant Page Header Text. This text will display at the top of the Additional Registrant Page.
Click edit group information fields.
Add up to 5 group information fields for the registrant group. These fields will populate based on the amount of registrants selected in the registrant group field. For instance, if 4 guests are selected in the registrant group field, the next page in the form will display First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields for 4 people to be filled out.
