What is it?
If you have checked "Forward to a Friend" box at the bottom of a Contact Center message, recipients of your email will see an additional link displayed in the email footer, "Forward to a Friend".
Using the "Forward to a Friend" Tool
First, create a contact center message using the steps listed in this article. At the bottom of that message, make sure 'Include a "Forward to a Friend" link in the footer' is checked before sending.
When a recipient of the message clicks the "Forward to a Friend" link, they will be moved to a page that will allow the user to enter up to 3 name and email address combinations.
After your recipient has entered the desired forward addressing information, the email will be forwarded to those recipients.
