What is it?
The Export Center allows you to save the information from your search results into an Excel file.
Performing a data export
First, perform a search to display the user you want to move.
- This can be done by clicking on a group under the Summary from the Admin Home:
- Or by running an Advanced Search or Quick Search using specific criteria.
Once you have your search result, click Export.
The Export Center will confirm that you want to export the Search Result, Tagged Profiles, or Untagged profiles. Click Continue.
Retrieving Data Exports
Depending on the size of the of the export you can retrieve the export in one of two ways:
- If the size of the export is small, you will be able to save the file to your computer immediately.
- If the export is large, you will be asked to enter your email address. After you enter your email address click Submit to process your export and you will be notified via email when the export is ready for you to download. To access the completed file, follow the instructions below.
Once you have received the e-mail letting you know that your export is ready, from the Admin Home screen, click on the Retrieve Data Exports tab in the Admin Home Statistics area.
The following page lists the exports available for download by date. Click the file link to retrieve the export. Export jobs are saved in the system for five days.
